For instance, one could grab the skis and head on over to Big Bear Mountain Resort which offers 400 skiable acres and over 58 runs ranging in skill level and difficulty. You’ll also find Grizzly Ridge Tube Park for those looking for a taste of nostalgia as you fly down the mountain upon a sledding tube. If one is looking for a relaxing way to explore the natural world of Big Bear, then head on over to Baldwin Lake Stables which offer 1, 2, or 3-hour tours, or even half day ones! You’ll enjoy riding upon your horse as you slowly meander your way through the spectacular trails of the area and behold a variety of terrains and sights. One could even catch a show at the Big bear Theatre Project and enjoy the more artistic side of the area. Enjoy a variety of plays ranging from the creepy with Tails of Terror featuring the stories of Edgar Allen Poe, to their version of a Christmas Carol or grab a drink at Shakespeare and Beer!
