Our Dedicated Property Managers not only act as your local ordinance liaison, but oversee the inspections of the maintenance and housekeeping of your valuable property. They also assist you in coordinating any necessary upkeep, maintenance, repairs, improvements or seasonal chores that with mountain conditions and normal wear and tear.

All our Vacation Planner are Certified and we use advanced technology to be available to guests 24/7 as well as to track, communicate with and market directly to each inquiry to maximize conversion. The Vacation Rentals are cleaned for each guest and inspected before each stay. The homes are also fully equipped with fresh linens, clean towelsand starter amounts of toiletries. We continuously strive to add new services such as our extensive concierge services, which gives our guests immediate access to the best of Big Bear. Each guest is provided with a welcome bag full of local information and discount opportunities. Each property has a booklet of information regarding the use of the amentias. Our dedicated staff assist each guest from the initial call to their check in and throughout their entire stay in hopes of having them return time and time again.

Maintenance
Our maintenance staff ensures reliable, prompt and skilled repair.
We realize that the proper maintenance and upkeep of the homes is foremost to our owners and renters, so we use a work order system to track a problem from the moment it is reported. The problem is followed until it has been repaired. Our maintenance department is on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping, to our owners and guests alike, is one of the most important areas of the rental management business. Good housekeeping doesn't just happen; it takes careful planning, effective supervision and constant follow-up inspections. Not only do we perform turnaround maid service for our guests, but we also offer a full-range of cleaning services, including "deep cleans" carpet cleaning and windows.
