The best way to see all available homes is to visit our website and
click on "Book Online" on our homepage. There you can search
all available homes by date, location and other amenities. It will
then show you the homes with exact rates, let's you view pictures
and a description and you can book your home right there online.
All
the comforts of home
All homes have fully equipped kitchens, linens, towels and BBQ's No
need to clean the house when you leave. All you need to do is do the
dishes and take out your trash bags. We'll do the rest.

you 11 individual fully equipped cabins on 2 acres of lakefront property.

We
are pet friendly
Most of our private homes as well as the lodge welcome pets. Just
be sure to mention your travel companion so we can match you with
your perfect mountain getaway. When performing a search online make
sure you enter "pets" as one of the search criteria.

Things
to do
There are plenty of things to do all year long. You go ski at two
ski resorts, snowboard, enjoy the lake for boating, swimming, parasailing,
jet skiing and more. You can go hiking or mountain biking in the National
Forest, take Jeep tours, golf at Bear Mountain, take the Sky Chair
lift to the top of Snow Summit or ride a horse on the beautiful trails
- just to mention some of the things to do.

Policy
Statement
The Rental
Agencies of the Big Bear Lake Vacation Rental Managers’ Association
believe that we and our guests have a responsibility to respect the
rights of the full and part time residents living in neighborhoods
where our private home vacation rentals are located. To ensure that
potential problems are averted and any developing problems are resolved,
we have implemented and pledge to adhere to our Good Neighbor Program.
Good Neighbor Program
I. Rental Agencies have a “Guest Code of Conduct” containing,
at a minimum, the following rules:
A. Guests
will respect the neighborhood and respect their neighbor’s right
to quiet enjoyment of their homes.
B. Overnight guests shall not exceed the posted capacity of the property.
C. Cars parked on the premises will not exceed the posted parking
maximum.
D. Guests will remove all trash and dispose of it at the posted trash
sites.
E. To ensure proper disposal of ashes from barbecues and fireplaces,
the rental agency will provide this service.
F. Guests will not have open wood fires and will comply with any Fire
Department restrictions that may be in place.
G. Guests found in violation of these rules may be subject to “expulsion”
from the property.
II. Rental
Agencies communicate their “Guest Code of Conduct” to
their guests, in any of the following ways:
A. Posting it on their website.
B. Posting it at the property.
C. Distributing it with reservation confirmations.
D. Guests will sign the Code at check in.
III.
For properties with outdoor spas or hot tubs, Rental Agencies will
ensure the following:
A. Signs cautioning that noise carries in the mountains and that anyone
using the spa needs to be careful about the level of their conversations,
especially in the evening or early in the morning.
B. Spas will be professionally cleaned and monitored in between all
guests.
IV. Rental
Agencies communicate their participation in the Good Neighbor Program
and their contact numbers to neighbors of Private Home Rentals in
the following ways:
A. A direct mailing to surrounding neighbors introducing the Rental
Agency, giving a 24/7 Agency contact phone number and encouraging
the neighbors to call the Rental Agency directly with ANY issues that
the neighbor may have regarding the Private Home Rental.
B. Signage at each Private Home Rental with the maximum occupancy
/ maximum parking and Rental Agency 24 hour contact number that is
clearly visible and readable from the street.
V. Rental
Agencies have a written policy and procedure for responding to and
resolving neighborhood complaints.
A. Procedures include an immediate response to resolve the complaint.
B. Procedures include the logging of complaints.
C. Procedures include the logging of the resolution of the complaint.
